产品描述An indirubin derivative that potently blocks constitutive STAT3 signaling in human breast and prostate cancer cells, directly inhibits Src kinase activity (IC50=0.43 uM) in vitro; decreases tyrosyl phosphorylation of Stat3, suppresses constitutive Stat3 DNA binding-activity in treated cells, also down-regulates antiapoptotic proteins Mcl-1 and Survivin; inhibits the subintestinal vessels formation in zebrafish embryos.

体外实验Indirubin Derivative E804 is a water-soluble indirubin derivative as potent inhibitor of Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor (IGF1R), with an IC50 of 0.65 μM. Indirubin Derivative E804 also inhibits CDK2/CycE with an EC50 of 0.23 μM.
